We arrived at 10:30 and for the next 2 hours watched her training skills and first ride with a bit. She is doing very well in her schooling. We did not have time to trim her feet as she had patience practice standing tied after her lesson. We were back to the ranch before 1 where S was unhitching the fuel trailer he had loaded the tractor bucket on with plans to run to town for it to be welded but the guy was not there.
He hooked up the cargo trailer and backed to main door. B helped me carry up the dresser, then he and I loaded it in the trailer ready to go. B was then off to Lonestar for Bird’s feed. We ate a quick bite and as we were preparing to leave I had a lady message she wanted the charcoal coffee table. She wanted to pick up right away as moving tomorrow. She tried an e transfer but it would not go thru so we went with a trust plan that she would leave cash at the gate. We loaded it up in the trailer and put it at the gate and headed for the city after 2.
B had gotten back in that time and did meds etc. We delivered the dresser just after 3 safe and sound. The lady was thrilled with it. Then it was onto the girls place. Kaylin had all her furniture and boxes ready to go and we had them loaded in short order. Shaina and Jacob arrived midway thru and gave a hand. We visited while Kaylin and Sheldon worked on her taxes. They were using a new online program that took a bit of learning but finally by after 6 it was complete.
We headed home arriving after 7. Sure enough the cold hard cash was waiting at the gate!! Sweet. I had an Etsy sale while in the city so after we ate I boxed it up to mail. S backed the cargo trailer in, unhooked and hooked up the fuel trailer ready to meet the guy in the am, ate supper and kicked back to catch news and scrabble. I updated my spreadsheet, sales posts and worked on the blog. Britt popped out again for an hour to work with Bird then was off. I medicated Lola and got her in for the night.
