We did not have to leave until much later today but I was awake before 8 ;) Coffee got us going and once again we were loaded up and off by 10 with just Bird today. B plays the A final at 12:15 but they already had won both games yesterday so were the winners. Calgary brought their A game today and it ended up tied but seeing the 2 wins yesterday, both teams chose not to play sudden death. Well B wanted to play it of course ;)
Again Bird was bathed down and stuff packed up before the awards. Britt won her first blanket as an A prize and was stoked. We loaded Bird up and headed home making a detour thru Okotoks to get Tims with Britt buying ;) then another stop at Lonestar Tack to pick up minerals and a few other horses supplies.
Back at the ranch before 4, I unloaded my stuff while Britt hosed Bird and tried her new liniment. It seems she did not like it and was acting odd so B ran to borrow some bute from Sharons to be sure all was ok after her athletic day. I watered planters and put the water on the garden too after a warm weekend and a hot one forecast for tomorrow.
I cooked a pizza and after her shower and eating Britt was off to the city after 7 to have Chinese food with Dave.
