B finally gets to play polocrosse

Up early today to head to the first polocrosse tournament of the year. We had everything loaded including KD and Bird and left just a little behind time after 8. Road construction had us delayed a bit not arriving till just after 9 when B was to ump.  Another had filled in and swapped her for the last game so now we had 2 hours to wait till she played.

KD umped a game before B and Bird played then one after and another at the end of the day. She was tired. B played again at 2:30 winning both games quite handily. She played with the ranahan team. The day was sunny 24 but breezy which kept bugs at bay and the horses a bit cooler.

After the games, the horses were bathed and fed and we visited with others till supper was served. Britt ate and soon after we loaded them up and were headed home stopping only to fill with fuel (paid by the B!) We were back home around 7:30 where the temps were now 27, unloaded, showered and relaxed for the evening. What a beautiful night.
