Coffee and a hot buttered cinnamon bun served in bed... great way to start 2018 ;) thanks big S!! and Momma K He spent the morning reading emails and trying to gauge why the fan on furnace runs nearly 24/7.. perhaps -27 as a low over night and still cold today?? I went out and put 2nd coat of paint on the dresser and oil/stain on drawers and top.
After a late lunch, prince headed to town after 1:30 to run some errands and grab mail and groceries. I headed back out to sand & seal the paint with hemp oil and give the hardware a new softer antique gold finish. I was finishing up when he got back with a hot Tims tea too ;)
I worked on the blog in between coats and such today as the vacation week requires lots of editing but slowly getting it all caught up. I also had to keep up with my marketing. The hardware went back on the dresser before I started supper.

Britt arrived home about 7 catching the food still hot. She got busy doing laundry (remember her basement laundry facilities scare her) while S was comfy in the TV room watching the Flames. I put another coat of stain/oil on the dresser top. Of course there is multiple varieties of veneer used back then and the stain takes differently. Will see if this helps. I then curled up with my iPad and Netflix watching part one of
