Day 867 was another gorgeous day hitting 27 without a cloud in the sky all day. It did however dry up any rain we had. Shaina was feeling a bit better but stayed home from work again today. Britt and I were off to work and school. At lunch the girls and I walked for our hour lunch in the sunshine.
I finished up and headed for home just after 2 to enjoy a cold beer on the sunny deck while chatting with Sheldon who was most envious! Blog updates followed a nice shower. Britt worked again but this gave her Saturday off so she can come to Kole's wedding. Shaina had headed to the city to share her germs with Kaylin and hang out and have a sleep over.
I forgot to thank neighbor Matt who yesterday brought us a huge box on new potatoes, fresh corn on cob and carrots, YUMMY!!
Laundry, cleaning and odd chores topped off my night after a much healthier toasted bacon and tomato sandwich. Britt was home again around 8:30, showered and watched TV before bed.
