The snow had let up but had covered the ground and was a bit blustery when Har wanted out at 6:30. She was in and it quick. The day was a -12 overcast when up for coffee. S was off to church. I finished up and posted Shaina and Matt come for dinner blog. B and Coop arrived at 10 as I was posting. She was off to check and care for her horses. New Years day went up next as only 1 photo for it.
S was back at 11:30. He cooked up a couple toad in the holes. B was still out in the barn but came in to join us for a bowl of turkey soup. She then ran to town to buy some heated water buckets as ours keep freezing. the Flames played again at 1 with fan S right there waiting. I worked for 2 1/2 hours writing the custom reloved cabinet tutorial. However I cannot post without the customers photo all back together and she is waiting for hardware.
Once back she set up the heated water buckets, tossed the other 3 a small square bale. Time for her to have a nap with Coop.
We had leftover turkey casserole which was much better now the noodles were softer with a salad. I finished up the last details on setting up Dad's service blog post with a phone call from Mom and published it. B did horse care then came in to eat then she and Cooper headed home. The temps were dropping so S and I soaked in the tub inside watching some Car Masters episodes. It has been probably 2 years since we used the indoor tub since we got the hot tub.
The car episodes continued relaxing in bed. At 9 I bundled up and went to check on the horses. All locked good. We watched another episode starting back at season 1. Then S was off to sleep with a back tickle and me watching. Series called Million Dollar Decorators.
