Snow was falling and -18 out, coffee was definitely in order. Mom headed in to Dad's around 9:30 after our usual start to the day. S went out to shovel the walk while I took a break from my ancestry search and worked on the nightstand putting pull on after buffing and touching up paint. I sanded the top and hauled in after wiping.
We went to town after lunch, S hopped out at the arena then I was off to visit with Dad and Mom. She was working on her charts with Dad and I taking a walk around the place for a break. I then took the car back to the arena after 3 with Mom picking me up there and dropping me at the optometrist appointment at 3:30.
S made it there at 3:45 and I had yet to get in. Eventually I had my appointment and glasses find and fit while he went in for his. He was picking out glasses after too and when the gal went to adjust my reading glasses I had taken with me she broke the frame so we had to pick a new frame. We did not get out of there till after 5. Shaina text she made it to Phuket finally after all her delays only to find her hotel was full so they had to move her to a nearby one that had no gym or pool!!
I fed Harley then she and I went out to feed Bird, It was such a pretty day with sunshine reflecting on the snow crystals that fell softly all day. I put a lasagna Mom in the oven at 5:30 but it was froze solid. S had sports to entertain him while I worked on the family tree.
Mom here after 7:30 as the lasagna came out of the oven. She joined us for supper then she and I were back at the charts while S was off to the big screen. We shut it down early after 10 and I finished my Bling Empire season. S was up late from the sports room to sleep.
