October first already!

The morning was foggy but the sun was trying to break thru and around 6 out. The usual dog feeding and cats let out. I delivered a coffee to the prince in bed and got onto marketing. I was happy to find an Etsy sale; the peacock tea pot!!

It is now October 1 so I was able to post the rocking chair tutorial as one of my months projects. Then it was sent to sponsors and posted on appropriate sites. S surfed the net in bed then moved to big brown. Time for us both to get busy as the sun was now out. The trailer had the bed remade with an added egg carton foamie found in Ma K's bag along with the tablecloth. I unloaded the rest of the freezables and S filled it with water to flush later. 

He moved on to vacuum the fireball to rid of mice mess and clean tires while I went to the garage and worked on the custom dresser. More sanding then on to waxing and cleaning the hardware. We stopped after 1 for a beef sandwich and a beer. It is now 17 out, another lovely day. I was back to the dresser sanding and adjusting a small top drawer to fit but that required a few touch ups of course. The inside was treated with hydrating salve too.

I did accounting while S relaxed in big brown with the ball game on. Before Sharon picked me up after 2:30 I started to put away the yard ornaments. We drove to see her new horse and tour the facility she will be boarding at. It was a nice visit and good to meet her new horse, Zellos.

She dropped me back home after 4:30 with a quick visit with Britt who was out riding Roo. Sheldon had finished blowing out the trailer and parked it in the arena for the winter. He continued watering in trees today too. Britt finished her ride then fed horses. She helped me move the hitch in the truck bed so S could hook up the horse trailer for us. Tomorrow she and I are going for a trail ride. She then headed home. The Seattle crew facetimed for a bit which was always nice.

I made a salad then watered plants while S cooked up some tasty bison liver and original KD. After supper I want out to work on the dresser adding the hardware and starting the grey accent wax. S found a ball game then a hockey game to watch go figure. I watched some shows on my iPad, no hot tub tonight as blustery out.
