Stripping again

It was a cold one overnight with -21 upon waking. H wandered around but never asked to go out, Sheldon tried to convince her to go out at 8 when he was up to the bathroom but it took allot to get her convinced the cold was worth it, she preferred breakfast. He made coffee and after 1 in bed I went and fed her. At least the sun is out in full force on this chilly morning.

I spent the morning applying stripper to 2 projects once I got them all hauled out and ready. S worked on computer stuff after letting cats out.

I found the original gold stripe under the paint

After a quick lunch I was back to the stripper moving it around and taking off the dresser top and 2 drawers and applying another layer of stripper. H and I headed out in the now -11 sunshine to feed the horses for B. Back in I was onto scraping the stripper as S bundled up and headed out to dup the poop buckets in the dump trailer. I was scrubbing off all the stripper and cleaning the rest of the white dresser when he headed back to the couch to rest. His big brown Tuesday is now Wednesday :)

Once I got the dresser all scrubbed I scrapped the drawers and doors of the sideboard and added a fresh layer of stripper. Inside I hauled up the mirror that I have a gal coming for. Crazy universe; I messaged the gal that was interested awhile back I was coming to Calgary tomorrow and was she still interested? No reply but 3 people messaged soon after including this gal. And after she picked it up an I marked sold another gal wanted it. I did offer the unpainted matching one and may have a sale for it. Then the one gal asked if she could buy it unpainted and paint herself LOL

Goulash supper waking the sleeping prince to join in and catch the early news. He was then off to TV room after 6 to prep for his now zoom (due to sick members) rodeo meeting at 6:30. I headed back to the garage to scrape the sideboard stripper then scrub and dry the pieces. I was just finishing up when B and Coop arrived. She brought back the larger box she had unloaded product from last night so I could box up a a frame I am taking to the city to get to Kaylin's for a guy from Edmonton to pick up. And to make it even more stops I will get to Shaina who will get to K :). I boxed it up and loaded in the car along with the Costco returns.

B took the cats to the barn along with raw food and then they were off for home. I came in to catch up the blog when Amanda reminded me of an Alzheimer's zoom class were were taking was on. I had not gotten my confirmation email which she said hers was in junk and so was mine so I got on for the last half hour. Then it was to bed with my iPad.
