Costco stock up

Saturday started out sunny but clouded over quickly. H was let out at 6 then back in to wait till 8 when S made his coffee. Today was first day of "making" her raw food, I hid the bone portion which was duck feet outside for a search and find. S attempted to sneak out on deck to peg off a magpie but no luck. He let the kittens out and it seems J found his way out on his own in the night. Back to his coffees on the deck and reading mail while I worked on blog. It seems J was on his way back from the south west paddock with a shrew that caught the eye of a magpie. Sheldon shot said magpie scaring the begeezus out of poor J.

Once dressed S putzed around charging his truck batteries and loading up trash and stuff to take to town including Harley. I picked apples after scooping poop giving some of the magpie damages ones to the horses. I soaked the feed and gathered stuff awaiting Britt's arrival. She arrived around 11:30, supervised Cooper's bathroom break and loaded him in with Harley. We all headed out of the yard on our ways.

Our first stop was Marshalls where we found some goodies. I sent photos of some things for Dad as well. Then it was off to Costco. I had some returns to do first before we LOADED a cart needing 2 after paying. The little jetta was packed. I had grabbed us chicken fingers and fries to eat on the way home for a very late lunch. We swung thru town and unloaded B's groceries then back to the ranch before 3.

Sheldon was relaxing in his favorite gonch, t-shirt and socks attire relaxing on the couch. We unloaded our stuff while B got the horses fed. She finished up and headed home around 3:30. Time to water all my neglected house plants. S and I collaborated to make a couple apple crisps. Harley's new meals were mixed up for tomorrow in 2 dishes but will change those up needing bigger. It will be pretty easy once I get the right sized containers set up I think.

For supper it was barbecued burgers with coleslaw and sautéed zucchini and a combo of fruit crisps. After I got the dishes all scrubbed and the apple bits buried I caught up the blog. S perused the internet and soaked in the tub. A few sprinkles of rain started as I was burying the pieces but was very short lived ;(  S started Blindspot but soon was asleep hahaha. I finished a few episodes before lights out.
