More bales rolled up

Lola made it thru the night on the deck!! She did have a 1:30. 3:30 and 5:30 short bark alert to the surrounding beings but then back to quiet, yeah! S started coffee after 8 delivering a hot cup in bed of course, yum. A few Scrabble games and we were up and at it. He grabbed some sour dough toast and off to rake swaths while I did a bit of marketing, photos of the vanity then outside to the garden and flowers. What a beauty day, they say it will be a hot one.

still have the seat to recover so the tin tile sits to distract

We both came in for lunch which was tuna (yep we will have tuna for years) and pasta salad I made last night; perfect lunch on a warm day. S was off to roll bales at 1 and after moving the sprinkler I did some marketing then out to scrub up a pile of new smalls to paint. Still moving the sprinkler around I remembered I wanted to deadhead the lilacs so spent an hour doing that. It says only 24 and there is a breeze but man it was smoking in the direct sun.

Lola and I walked a snack pack out to the hayer at 4. Britt and Cooper arrived not long after to do their thing. I was inside now in the cool writing a tutorial for the geometric end table then posted it and emailed to sponsors. She rode Bird then Pepper with KD on the side. I transplanted more plants and picked a ton of dill and cilantro to make room around the zucchini plants.

I had a poll going as to with or without the back plate on the crystal knobs on the top drawers, which is your favorite?

Here is without and with is up top

Lola and I were out walking when S stopped for the day having baled up 93 more for a total of 128 so far. I cooked us up a very late salmon supper not eating till after 9:30 but the long days makes it easy to fit in lots of day. After a quick shower for S we watched a couple more Waco episodes. Lola did not make her night on the deck, I had to put her in the garage around 1 again as the coyotes were pesty.
