Happy Father's day to our great Father's!! I made cappuccinos for the prince and Shaina cooked up bacon and eggs for brunch after she got up. I had Lola medicated and on the deck then S took her for a walk while helping a co-worker via cell. I called Dad to chat for a bit. XOXO The desk was picked up at 10 and off to its new home. S started mowing the grass.
Coreena stopped at 11:30 to pick up the tray she bought and have a quick visit. She and Scott (who visited with S) were off and we all came in to eat. Thanks Shaina for brunch.
Britt and Cooper came out to join Shaina and I for a ride while S finished the mowing. He also hammered wood lath on the back arena door which is fab as it was so slippery when wet after the old ones wore off.
We finished up the ride, hosed and put horses away. Late lunch of left over burgers and salad before B headed to town and we packed up to run to the Hat for supper at Grama and Papa's.
We swung thru town to pick up B grabbing ice caps and Tim bits on our way. Putting Lexi in the back was not where she preferred and jumped over the seat tipping one of the ice caps. This delayed the trip 15 while the ice cap was scooped and wiped out of the folding drink holder.
Back on the road we made the journey east arriving just before 5. A lovely evening of visiting and eating ensued also including a walk for a handful of us and Lexi. I snapped some groups shots with me and Kaylin being the only ones not in the Kuhn Klan family photo.
Just after 8:30 we loaded up and made our way west again. We dropped B off and were back at the ranch by 11. Lola got a quick walk, her meds and tucked away in the garage for the night. Of course I had to watch some Netflix before I was out but it was a very busy but lovely Father's Day.
