Temperature around zero

Today was a change up to routine: I made us cappuccinos and fresh hot bran muffins while we watched the Covid update at 9 in the kitchen. It is a bright and sunny day!

S made tuna sandwiches as I was filling my moulds then during the news he fell fast asleep for an almost 2 hour nap.

Britt and Cooper arrived at 1. Her first mission was to trim Lola's toenails and give her a good brushing, Lola thanks you B! She is on her 3rd "sick" day but putting it to good use here at the ranch.

Next it was on to give each horse its daily individual assessment. Peppers was amped up today with stretches too.

I headed out and we trimmed KD & Roo, tweaked Bird. I also tweaked Daisy and Switch so all are up to date. Most got a shedding brush run over them too. The day was a beauty one with the snow melting like crazy. I was back inside after 4.

S popped out after his nap to putz around a bit then try and clean the merc headlight covers while Britt took the quad to search for Cooper who was off on his own yomp. He finally came back and she loaded him up and headed home before 5.

Look at how much my nails have grown and I have not picked the polish off nor has it chipped, wow!

I cooked up a salmon and rice supper to keep us eating healthy then S was back on the internet while I worked on marketing and tutorials: (the pink growth ruler was published) before heading to bed before 9 folding laundry and finishing The Circle season.
