Off to the city

The rain is gone and the yard looks green. I put another coat of stain on the stain tops after letting Lola out. I enjoyed a cappuccino to start my day, just one seeing they are 200 calories ;) The car had the seats laid down and items takes out to make room as I have a furniture pick up on the way to the city today.

I am off to the city to get my last root canalled tooth removed today. In light of this I ate a small bowl of hamburger soup around 10:30 as brunch. I was on my way after 11 stopping for the furniture first. What a beautiful sunny day it is.

Next stop was the dentists but of course you have to find the parking meter and sometimes go back to your car to recheck your license plate and then struggle to get your time set and it may take 2 payments on your credit card with one being .05 cents ;) The cleaning went smoothly, no pun intended as did the extraction.

Before 2:30 I was on my way heading to the NW. I was meeting Kaylin at her house for sugaring but stopped quick at a health food store for a few supplements good for healing. I met her at the house about 3 and within an hour she had my legs as smooth as a babys bottom. She was then off back to work and I to a nearby thrift store. I found a few items of course and added them to the pile.

I stopped at my favorite store Homesense but was overwhelmed with the items. Unlike a thrift store where I can scan the piles of goodies to see what catches my eye, today there was tooo much in Homesense and I left with nothing.

Costco however was another load. Surprisingly there were no plants in the plant section I needed but there ended up being allot of veggies and proteins sources.

After finding spots for it all in the car (this SUV fold down seats is the bomb) it was 6:30, my freezing finally had come out and I was peckish. The area is limited to fast food so I opted for protein at A&W however after ordering a mozza burger and sweet potato fries and adding the root beer to the combo I saw the board say the burger was 600+ calories and the sweet potato fries were 640!! WTH, the teller said yes it was due to the sauce so I only used some of it but it is so darn good. And they had paper straws.. thick but paper straws that was nice to see.

I was back at the ranch at 7:30 and got it all unloaded and put in the fridge. What a gorgeous night at 21 degrees; I gave the horses there supplements and moved the tree water again and brought in Lola for the night.

we got nuts! and veggies
