day of rest for many :)

After a late sleep deprived night, Britt was up and out checking Roo at 8:30 then off to ball with a fresh cup of coffee compliments of Dad.

Cooper decides to say hello at Britt's encouragement ;) I had just said he doesn't jump on my bed

Soon a fellow arrived to pick up 5 bales and not long after another for 17. He stopped first for a visit over a tea with Sheldon. Now we have a few bales off the road and grass at least.

After an early lunch S loaded up 5 and delivered to the guy here first thing this am then started bringing ones back to the house from the road. B missed lunch napping after home from ball but I roust her after a few hours to go check Roo. She walked her and moved horses around to keep her contained on little grass paddocks and she did scoop a load of poop while out watching them. Seeing it was a cooler blustery day at 20 I decided to make some lasagnas and loaves of banana bread to prep for our guests coming.

Prince stopped for a cold beer and a nap and of course some fresh banana bread then was back out moving the last few bales. The sun was out now and up to 24 but the wind remained so out I went to water beds, pots and the garden. I plucked more dandelions for the horses, if only I could sell them I would be rich!

Back inside big brown chair called Sheldon again and the couch/bed called Britt before we ate supper. I needed to soak in a tub and catch up on my turn to rest in my big comfy bed watching TV in the evening sunshine. Britt did head out to check Roo and the herd.
