pro trims for the athletes

So once I fell asleep after midnight I awoke after 2 to hear Lola had houdini'd her way out of the 6" garage door opening. Out into the cold wind with wet from rain ground to call her back in only to find I could not sleep. I messaged Shaina to see if awake and she was so she came up to join me to listen to sleep music and tickle her back for her. Eventually we got to sleep but it was awhile. Breakfast and coffee with all the girls eventually happened this morning after varying get up times.

Kaylin was off first at 12:30 for her late shift. Britt and Shaina each caught their horses and brought to the round pen and hitching post for their professional trim. Then they jetted off to the city to pick up Britt's new boots that were finished on Friday if you can believe it. Connie arrived after 1 and we spent the next 2 1/2 hours her trimming feet and addressing all my questions.

The girls did not get any shopping in as it was confirmed as they drove to the city Aaron was indeed in a fiery car crash. All 3 spent a couple hours at the hospital visiting with him. He is a very lucky fellow and will heal, the girl driving was not so lucky with 80% burns on her body and has a long road ahead of her.

I hauled the primed pieces all out into the blustery wind to sand yet again then scrubbed up the chair I found to paint to match. I made hamburger soup for supper.

Britt and Shaina were back after 5 with Shaina hustling to her golf course shift right after. Britt had some soup with me then she was off to town to meet Amber and Cassie at OJ's. She did come back with a load of DQ blizzards for herself, Shaina and I around 10. Shaina was home soon after to chow it down and some soup.

Sheldon got home after 11 and was soon in bed and actually sleeping by the time Kaylin arrived no more then 10 minutes after him. One tired traveler today.
