Flames playoff game

The weather is crazy yet again. When Britt was getting ready at 6 there was some fog but soon it was just overcast and through the morning the sun popped out. Shaina had a cute photo posted and a text saying she had drove a moped to yoga class and survived and was off for a walk, having a great time. Did I mention Bali was where I hoped to be for my 50th? Good thing one of us could be there ;)

I worked on getting my suitcase packed and laundry done. Sheldon did online work stuff but did toss a bale and load some trash just before lunch. I whipped up a couple loaves of banana bread too.

After lunch he was off to town with the recyclables and trash and list for groceries for the working girls lunch list. I moved water around and watched Outlander as I finished last minute things.

We were off to the city meeting a co-worker couple at the casino for supper before the game. Sadly the game did not go as planned and the Flames were officially out.

the large Canadian flag made its rounds in the sea of red

It was a super energized building when they scored their one goal but sure a sad place when they lost. Time to head back home and get ready for the Victoria adventure starting early tomorrow.
