another cold day

Sleepless night awake every 2 hours, finally got up at 8. Brrr it is a cold one, Lola did only about 10 minutes outside. I put on one last coat of poly on the ruler, now ready to roll so snapped the lady a few pics to send.

I got the blog up for yesterday and did some accounting work. I had the new computer reset and boxed it up to return. Hopefully Costco will come out with a faster one in the new year but this one never had speakers or worked any better then this current old one I use.

The cold weather had me searching for a winter vacation. The time has been limited for Sheldon and I each busy with our own agendas but today allowed me a bit of time. I went outside with Lola for a bit, she was happy for the company and bit of play time but soon we were back in. -14 for the high not counting the wind chill does that.

Thanks to Candace for this pretty purple ornament in honor of GG for our tree, I also picked up her favorite plant in her favorite color for our house too. XOXO GG

Sheldon home at 9 bearing hot chai tea and a stack of mail. We got two more Christmas cards, did I say we had two last round of mail getting? Anyway they are from the regulars, always great to see photo family updates. The mail also included another $1,000.00 scholarship for Britt!! Yay B!!
