ladies night

Friday saw sunshine and no wind and cooler hitting high of 17, hope this helps the FT Mac fire. On a mission, I spent the morning on the garage working on the dressers, painting a 3rd green coat, 2nd white coat and continuing blinging out the hardware on both.

Britt poked her head out after 11.. big day off why not sleep in. After lunch she and I went out for a conditioning ride..then and hosing and medicating Switch I put her in the round pen to graze while Britt roached Bird's mane and put her in to eat grass too. Hawk and Daisy snuck out for a short time to mow as well. I watered the island trees and new fancy grass while they did.

It was time to get showered up for my ladies night out just after 3. Sheldon was home soon after being early Friday bringing a pretty potted plant which will be a surprise till Sunday ;) He was happy to kick back and relax ready for a great w/e. He did however break one of my crackle glass globes while pulling hose around to water trees but is trying to reglue, lol

Sharon picked me up promptly at 4:30 and we were off to Cowgirl Cattle Company Rendevous. It was a fun night of checking out exhibitors booths, silent auction, visiting friends and enjoying a yummy meal. Ok there were a few beverages too. She dropped me back home just after 11, thanks for the great date night Sharon!

Britt went out as well, tonight was a round about trip thru Okotoks to Ranchmans getting home at 2 with Kyra sleeping over.
