Monday was a slow start but coffee in the new maker helped. Grama and Papa visited as the girls got ready to head to work, Britt for 9:30 shift and Shaina for double day starting at 10. They left after 10 heading east to home. Sheldon got busy spraying the weeds along the road while I mowed the yard while it was calm and still in low 20's.
By after lunch the temperature was up to 28 and on to 30! It was noticed that Diego had his prostrate issues back while sitting outside last night so today he would see Dr Julie at 2. We went early to do some errands like get him a swimming pool, pick up beer where the teller came out and gave him treats and kisses, drop of Chinese leftovers for Shaina and then get him to the vet clinic. Confirmed bacteria in the urine resulted in a big jug of pills and we were on our way. Seeing it was so hot, we drove to the big canal behind Grant's for a swim and walk along the canal before heading home.
Back at the ranch a gal arrived to buy my last made up chalkboard and check out all my dressers in search of one for a change table. She brought along a little frenchie who played for a wee bit before heading out. She was a darker, shorter tailless version of Lexi but had similar energy!
After a delicious steak supper (THANKS MOM for the yummy fresh veggies) another client stopped out to pick up her auction win and quick visit as Britt took the dogs for a walk. Sheldon pushed the last of the clay around but started to feel sick so spent rest of the night laying down. Tomorrow is the end of his 3 week vacation so will be up early.
how to feed this 175 lb puppy 6 pills a day!
