Vegas June 4-8.5

The next morning it was coffee and a haircut and bags packed in the car.

Sheldon, Mom and Dad and I were off to the airport after 10 leaving Grama and Papa hanging with  the girls. They enjoyed golf, a movie, Spruce Meadows and a few suppers out while we made our way to Las Vegas to hang with the Schmitts.

going down Sheldon booked us the Plus (1st Class) seats which was a first for me, it was a fun treat for sure! Sadly this plane had no TV so no movies while in these primo seats but beer and food were good!

Chuck efficiently picked us up at the airport and from there on chauffeured us to so many destinations while Debby kept us well fed and was the tour guide to Many great destinations

 Counts Kustoms

 my choice of cars below

 and Pawn Stars

 strip drive to the Bellagio

hiking the Zion national park river walk while Mom and Dad took a helicopter tour overhead

We enjoyed meals at In & Out Burger where Steph and Rob both work as well as a home cooked meal at Cracker Barrel in Utah.

 then off to Hoover Dam and the new bridge bypass

 and a stop to see the sheep

 and at an artisan store, how cool would this look at the ranch?

 and the last stop was the unique container park in downtown Las Vegas

 this praying mantis from the burning man party blows fire at night

 ok we tried one more famous haunt but it was closed on Sundays! ;-(

 then it was time to head north, THANKS for everything Schmitt family!!!
