962 - first lady aka pale pink is my new paint

Day 962.. note to self.. NO MORE BISON ORGAN MEAT for the big D. He was up barking and tossed his cookies after 12 and then at 1:30 carrying on again. I went out to find yet another puke pile so was scooping and hosing the garage floor in 2nd set of clean pj's after my shower at bedtime. I kept him out till 2 in the heavy fog then he decided he wanted back out to bark at coyotes 15 minutes later but by 2:30 he finally went to sleep. Worse than a sick kid, I want weather he can live outdoors again!
Here is princess B in her cool lit room and personal TV watching her Disney marathon still till late into last night, not sure how many she has watched but we have a ton of disney movies!

Britt was up and off to school, I was up organizing the table pickup in the city and waiting to purchase concert tickets for Britt. And I scored in first few minutes getting her close to the floor and stage. The sick puppy would not budge until after 10 but seemed back to normal whining after 10 minutes of being out in the -19
I checked out my new goody box from the APC distributor for Canada, yay me!!

here is a link to an italian dressing recipe, we are trying to not buy processed foods but rather make our own. Sheldon and I love the balsamic dressing but Britt requested Italian so I found this and made it and it gets the thumbs up.

I spent the day painting projects, first was a sweet ornate oval mirror I painted in my new color (in above goody box) first lady which is a very pale pink. I wiped it back to reveal the gold giving it an aged look. The customer happens to be a friend of Kaylin's who has a little girl and wants it for her room. It will look lovely.

The next was painting a frame in the custom blue green which I will add chicken wire and make into jewelry and photo holder.

I also touched up the family sign adding black to the edges. And did some more staging photos
this sweet shelf has yet to sell :-(
and I took this for a color to show the mirror gal but she chose the pale pink, better choice I say!
another of the awesome cabinet and my new blue glassware

and the mirror.. shown still a bit wet with wax
Britt stayed in for a snack with friends after school getting home at 5 and leaving to Kyra's for movie night by 6. This left me to carry on painting a 2nd coat of blue on the new frame, add more wax and ponder colors for a grouping of frames.
and below after I removed the painters tape I was miffed to find it was useless, might as well free handed! Luckily I was able to sand most off but think I shall share my disappointment with the fancy tape company.
I glued the mirror and clamped and did minor wood filling as well before the farting dog stench drove me to the house! Britt was home before 10 back watching movies in her colorful bedroom.
