Day 938, the day was freezing all day long -18. At work we were told it was our day to see if any one's job was cut but luckily our whole completions group was safe. There were many others and still more to come but we we lucky. At lunch I ran errands getting my taxes, returning an ice chipper for Sheldon, restocking on the creamer and beer and grabbing a quick lunch at Tims. Once the work day was finished it was time to head to the city to pick up the Prince. Today he is later arriving at 5:15 after the cancelled the mid afternoon flight for the winter.
Since I had some time to spare, first stop at the Restore store where I found a cute coffee table and so wanted a gorgeous SOLID everything china cabinet and cool thomasville bar but they would not fit in the enclave. Next stock up at Rona on more boards and stain/poly combo then Costco. I snuck a quick stop in at the thrift store and only found 4 small ramekins before I jetted off to the airport.

Seems the Prince was delayed and it worked almost perfect as Traffic was a bugger. I got him at 6 and we stopped to dine at
Pacini's Italian restaraunt. It was quite good but soon we were off for home making a stop in town to get a tire repair kit and guage. At the ranch, I unloaded the packed car and he went to see about the flat tire on the skid steer hoping to run the horses a bale. Unfortunately the tire had come off the rim so no luck, poor ponies
Shaina fed them today but only could manage 2 bales for them all before she claimed hypothermia and frost bite retreating to the warm house where she made cookies, yum!. Britt worked after school till 7 and both were keeping warm in the basement when we got home.
