829 - 100 years for Oyen

Day 829 up fairly early but enough to make breakfast, they cut it off right in front of us saying would not serve anymore and we were the only 3! Not the best way to start the day! So off we went to the clock tower ceremonies and balloon release. Sheldon drove a Case Scout in the parade carrying one of the Oyen descendants while the rest of us enjoyed it. Asher and Britt scored lots of candy, Craig even got a cold beer!

Beef on a bun at the ball diamonds, a beer and house tour at Spiders then off to the drill team and Alazar musical ride. This running required a cold beer at Travis's before standing in another line for the hot beef supper. A quick trip to the farm to change was next on the list. Sheldon and Britt headed to Medicine Hat for Auntie Candace's surprise 50th birthday party. I picked weeds in Travis's front yard before Lori came and picked me up to cruise the streets a bit! That was not long, streets need some repair, hahaha. We stopped to pic up John and visit with her mom for a bit before we went to the social.

There were so many people and the band was very good. Britt dropped Sheldon back there just before 1 am and returned to kindly drive Dale and Stacie home then us back to moms around 2:30 this time.
