586 - December 1!!

Day 586 awoke to fog and Shaina needing a ride to work at Target for 9. Her car had to be parked at midnight as the registration ran out then. She will be catching rides for the month leaving for warm tropical down under in 30 days! Sheldon ran her in since the trampoline was still in the back and it also allowed him to grab us yummy Saturday chai teas!

I read for a bit then spent the morning cleaning and sorting many a pile of papers. I started All that is Bitter and Sweet, Ashley Judd's memoir Once back from town Sheldon continued to read his book even falling asleep, HAHAHA so I made coffee to help him read.

I got my new plug in Scentsy warmer with french lavender scent cube.. so lovely

I am still shocked to think we have been living in the ranch house for 1 year now. A year ago today we were moving the last out of the town house and this year the ones moving in moved out 2 new renters are moving in. So much has happened but it does not seem that long ago. It is also hard to believe Christmas is not far away nor is Shaina's trip.

After lunch Sheldon went out and unloaded the trampoline. although it was nippy earlier it was calmer now so he also shoveled the deck in preparation of putting up Christmas lights

He and I went to town at 2 and ran a few errands and had an infared sauna before picking Britt up from work just after 3. We stopped to grab a new Christmas tree then headed home. Dale, Vance and Paul D and 2 of his boys stopped out for a visit and Christmas cheer.

 yes Sheldon is still sporting his Movember stash.. I think he really likes it, here he is making me an "Eggnogalizer" which although skeptical it was tasty, a sweet little treat

 but he prefers the more citrus taste of his beverage

After supper we had another movie night. We watched X-Men - First Class (thanks for the loan Stouts), How to Train your Dragon and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Shaina went to Stage West tonight as Brandon's plus one. she then stopped to take care of some dogs as part of her 4 day doggy day care package getting home just after 2 am.
