It was dark to the south when we woke, but it led to nothing. After administering Har's pills and breakfast, I brought the prince his cup in bed. I managed the morning marketing with my cups while he took his time relaxing before going to church, skipping his usual porridge.
I've reestablished an Amazon affiliate account. This means I need to update all my item links to Amazon product links, which will generate passive income once the tutorials are complete and available. Now, I just need to ensure that at least three people make a purchase within the 180-day limit. Affiliate links weren't as common years ago as they are now. After all, everyone shops online at some point, right? If you are going to order something on Amazon could you first click on one of my product links like this one for thinner flexible sponges. It apparently puts a cookie in your amazon account and anything you order in the next 24 hours gives me a small commission. Please and thank you :) as I would love to see if that is true.
I was still in my housecoat, busy working, when S returned from church at noon after his usual cookie and coffee time with Craig. I warmed up the last of the mushroom soup for us and then got dressed.
After enjoying a bowl of soup and tea, I crafted a Hometalk post for the kaleidoscope dresser, which I'm eager to sell. Although classic, timeless pieces are my preference, my role as a brand ambassador obliges me to feature new products in my projects to maintain my monthly stipend. However, these items are admittedly more challenging to sell locally.
S settled into the big brown chair to browse the internet, glancing occasionally at the football game. He received an invitation to attend tomorrow's Flames vs Kings game with Dave and, naturally, he accepted.
B and Cooper left around 2 PM for some equestrian activities and were back within the hour. Meanwhile, I was evaluating my inventory to determine my next project. I lifted the maple coffee table onto the workbench. Admiring its design and finish, I intend to preserve its original charm, but first, I must address the dog-chewed corners and the scratches on the top, so I applied some stripper.
Next, I brought out another charming antique table. This one had fold-down sides and a drawer, but it wasn't until after the purchase that I noticed it was missing brass caps and had a broken leg. I had already ordered new caps from the USA, but the table was set aside since then; pedestal tables with broken legs are troublesome. I began by working to loosen the leg. Later in the afternoon, S came out, intrigued by the challenge.
Dinner was easy, just leftovers. The rump roast, which had been in the freezer for a year according to the lady who gave it to Harley, was incredibly tender and proved to be an excellent choice. The burger was the final touch; once thawed, it looked fresher than most frozen burgers.
I updated the links in my recent tutorials to Amazon links while S watched sports. Har took her pills and had her cheek tended to. Afterwards, we watched the end of "The Intern" and a bit more of "The Lincoln Lawyer" before turning in for the night.
