Puddles gone, lake now a pond

 Even with Cooper dropped off early H did not "knock" on our door will 8:25!! YAY! Someone else was up early though today ;(

I got the dogs fed but had to go outside to find and pill J who went out this am when B dropped off Cooper. We did our usual coffee in bed. So much for changing it up :) I gave the sideboard a full coat of hemp oil as needs more. Another person asked cost but still no sale. I did repairs & touch ups on the charcoal base. The large one was sanded as were the table tops. They were then stained one coat then the large base painted a grey green.

We finished the tasty potato soup for lunch. S then was off to town for hockey #3 this week. I was back to work on the tables. All 3 bases had their second coat. Kristie is loving the look. Now to finish a couple more coats of stain on the tops and get them back together ASAP.

Laundry was started earlier. The washer was cleaned out: the rubber ring, inside doors and outside too. The blog was worked on till S was back home. The sun was not as bright as earlier but still nice at plus 10. Time to walk the dogs. The puddles are gone and the lake is now a small pond. S did find the usual water spot along the road to walk thru.

I thought there might be a chance of a slip and fall video :) but not steady Eddy

S folded his laundry while I fed the dogs. I also tossed them some bison treats outside. Bones were put on to make broth. S chose ribs for supper. They were put on to simmer before we walked. He BBQ’d them with his fav KD as the side. I created a yummy spinach salad.

B missed out on the salad when she was home for rib fest. She did her usual pet care but coyotes were loud tonight. She put cats in garage for the night before heading off. J is off his antibiotics (as per vet) seeing the poor guy has had diarrhea for last few days. We had a hot tub then back to watching all star skills. Some reading for me before bed but again not long.

Today is Matt's birthday, happy cake day!
