Bright sunny day

Today we have sun. Still brisk - 7 start but sunny. There was a fresh 2”ish layer of snow. Dave arrived with Cooper after 9 as I was feeding H. He fed Coop then came in to join S for breakfast - coffee, fried ham and eggs. I posted the black sideboard tutorial and shared to the proper places. I jumped in the shower as Dave headed to the track before 10:30. S went out and put shock in the hot tub and left it to process.

S hustled off to hockey at 12:30. I finished my laundry I started this am then wrote a Hometalk post for the grey coffee table. More blog and tutorial work was done.

S was back at 3 as I was heading out to walk the dogs in the sunshine. On our walk I let the horses out to stretch their legs.Of course they headed straight for the yard. Once I got there to shoo them out I saw the hot tub lid was still open. S finished up his hot tub care. I got the horses out and the yard gate up. The cat food was refilled too. Time for refreshment and game of Russian rummy.

Renny may just like veggie straws... just maybe :)

Amanda gave me their family favourite chicken breast recipe - creamy coconut chicken with rice. This was what I made for supper. Dave arrived after 7. It was snowing lightly and foggy out. B was held up at work. We waited for awhile but then ate after 7:30. The boys watched hockey. B finally made it before 8 to eat locking up the horses on her way by. She then fed Bird before we played a game of Russian rummy. Dave won and they headed off before 11:30. I read while S did a crossword. He was off to sleep so I read with my phone as book light finishing my book at 2 am. HMMM not sure I would recommend this book. Shows the disturbing side of some humans.

Figgy has been shedding lower leaves lately.
