Snow fence goes up

It was a cool overcast windy day to start. We enjoyed our coffee at the island for a change of pace. Our cordless Dyson has been marking the floor. I called and after trouble shooting have a new power head on its way. Great customer service! I also had to contact Dairyland after S had to dump his cereal with sour milk that was just bought a few days ago.

Sheldon and I went to town to have lunch with Dad. We were there early around 11:45 and he was sound asleep. I always forget lunch is at 1. We ran quick to Mark's to look for runners for S. No luck. A drive thru Tims got as a hot tea to warm up. I grabbed our Opa order which we ate in Sagewood parking lot. Back in at Dad's he was napping at the dining table. He woke when we sat. Dad very well, all lunch, soup and dessert.

S pulled him in a "cart" back to his room as I chatted with him from behind. We had a visit in his room till he got tired. We left him to nap in the TV room. We passed Britt on her way to town on our way home at 2:30. It was sunny out but brisk at 9. We changed and got to work putting up the snow fence.

B fed Bird and rode Roo. She then cooked the last HF meal - one pot southwest beef and cavatappi noodles. We finished up 3 sections of fence in over 3 hours coming at 6.

Supper was good but even better not having to cook. She and Coop were then off. I scrubbed up pots then got a reel posted to entice a few more bidders on the fundraiser ending at 9. S watched his Flames lose. Time for a hot tub! This was followed up with cheeseball (thanks Ma K!) and pepperoni snack for the prince. More hockey was watched by S in bed while I read.
