Smiley Renn

Overcast and dreary day. A sign of the cold weather to come I think. The coffee pot got a deep cleaning by S after we had a cup. 

This is todays morning wake up crew :)

I worked on the high chair in the garage. It was wiped of sanding dust and clear coated. The hardware was spray painted outside. S sorted the recyclables. Inhouse plant care was next. S headed out and got the pump going on last of the water in the deck tanks.

Kaylin had asked if I might pop in and watch Renn while they ran errands today. Heck yay! I was hoping to leave by noon. S wavered as to coming along but finished up his few tasks to join. While he loaded his skates and recyclables I hauled in my 2 still blooming planters. I lifted and cut the canna from the other pot and left to dry. I think I will have the gal who gave them to me over winter them for me this year.

Clover and her accessories were loaded and we set off for town. Our first stop was the recycle depot. Fuel and dropping the many bags to the homeless mission drop off were next. Clover was dropped at her house with parcels and 2 pretty bouquets brought in from the front step. It was now 1:30 and we hit the highway heading west.

S dropped me at Kaylin's. Renn had just fallen asleep. K and N set off on their errands. I watered and cared for their plants. Renn woke and the rest of the visit was enjoying her smiley face.

K and N were back with a tank of helium. 4 balloons were tied to her arms and legs for a fun play time. I think she might get the hang of it more in the future. They also picked up a few pumpkins. 1 for the baby in a pumpkin photo ;)

Sheldon was back not long after. We all had a short visit and on our way. He had no luck at a Rona to pick up wood I needed for a couple rulers ordered. I called 5 other stores- no luck. A stop at Home Depot finally sourced 2 boards. Thinking it would be easy for 2 people to get in at Red Lobster turned out not easy at all. I called other places with same 45 minute wait. We started east and stopped at Browns Social House in Chestermere. The meal and beverages were tasty. 

Britt had text she found Harley on the couch today when she was there. Sure enough that was where I found here when we got home after 8. We think it is the flannel blanket I had put on couch for Cooper. It used to be in the merch back seat that she loved so much. S watched sports with a hot tub break. I stayed inside in bed reading my library book.
