I was up before 8 as was Shaina who got instructions as to KD's meds and off she went. It is a gorgeous sunny no wind day out. I made coffee which she had one when back and was off to her work day. I called to book our first campground stay at Crawling Valley for this w/e. I delivered a coffee to the prince in bed after 9 then continued trailer packing. After 10 S and I headed in to town for my appointment at 10:30. He then ran and got water sample kits, big bottle of water and RO filters then back to pick me up. Next we picked up Cooper and his kennel to use for H in the trailer. A stop at Coop for beverages/fruit, Canadian Tire for RV tp and try and find a BBQ adapter then looped thru Tim's to get ice caps.
Back at home the dogs were out including Lexi as I unloaded car with most into the trailer. The last of the soup was had for lunch (Shaina made eggs earlier it seems) then it was more trailer packing. I was loading more stuff in trailer when S drove over in ranger with the cat trap having caught one, turns out it was J :) So we reloaded the trap and put it inside the green shed where stray cat currently resides and I fed the other 2 raw. J was hungry after his jail time. S was then off to do a gopher patrol eliminating a couple more. I gave KD her a dose of Tylenol at 2.
S put together both barbeques to decide which one to keep. I had him help me wiggle the kennel into a spot between chairs and dining table, will just not be able to take all 4 chairs but it is just us 2. Perfect as it can stay set up and everything. One cabinet had 2 loose screws so I had S fix them too as I loaded more groceries and snacks.
I searched thru the storage trailer with no luck finding any pots and pans. Our white set we had in other trailer I loaned to B. I did find a kettle and coffee maker though and got them all scrubbed up. The wind picked up but the sun stayed hitting 24.
Shaina loaded up more plants and Lexi and was off after 4 but back in short order after I text she forgot a cooler of goodies. She is taking Lexi to the vet on her way home. S finally chose a barbeque and boxed up the non winner to return.
Up next was cleaning and chopping veggies as the trays are too $$ and I have lots of veggies. We cooked up a delicious steak and roasted veggie supper. SOOO yummy. B was out at usual time so I helped her get the horses back in after tidying stalls, she filled hay. I locked up the cats and checked the stray was still not trapped. B fed the other 2 horses then she and Cooper headed home at 8:30. I bathed Harley ready for our big trailer trip and kept the trailer packing going along with some rug laundry (thanks Lexi)
S packed some clothes between hockey watching then we cut his hair and headed to the hot tub after 10. Showers and full chemical dose was done then into bed to watch Lincoln Lawyer which S fell promptly asleep again after his cuticle conditioning.
