Dental day & another boot camp

I was awake after 8 and while perusing Instagram heard some noises in the kitchen. It was Jacob having some water. I made us coffee and we had a nice visit before I jumped in the shower and got ready to head to the city quick. I made us both a yummy cappuccino to enjoy before I was off to the city just after 10. He went out to plug in the skid steer to unload a barrel of fuel later in the morning then he and Shaina have plans to clean out there vehicles before working out later this afternoon. Britt also came out with Cooper and gave horses pills too on her day off.

My dental day started with a cleaning at 11 and then my crown prep at 12. I was all done by 1:30 and off to check out a couple thrift stores with only a tray to be found.

The morning was sunny coming in but -8 at the ranch and now it was overcast and plus 4 in the city. Next was to fill with fuel. Gas is low at 86.9 but diesel was 108.9. Co-op has full service which was a real treat as I watched him fill and wash all windows.

Then it was a stop for returns and a look around Winners & Home Sense before the same at Costco.

huge cart filling Boston fern for $19.99.. now where to put it

I was loaded up and on the road home at 4 and to the ranch before 5 to unload and have a chicken taco and check emails quick and give horses pills. I was back on the road to town before 7 to restock on beer and baileys then head to boot camp. Shaina was doing a sale so I walked the treadmill till she was done then did some videotaping for her before our 7:30 boot camp with me and another gal. It was another doozy class. Good thing I have a massage tomorrow.

I had to send this shot to S as he likes to walk on treadmill while watching hockey :)

Back at the ranch after class I had another chicken taco along with Shaina trying out 3. I made us a super yummy smoothie to go along with it too. She was then off to soak in the tub while I caught up on marketing before bed including drawing the winner of the tin tile which was a great customer Abbie.
