Pressure washer kinda day

I did not sleep well, I was watching Netflix got a bit dozy then started thinking of market stuff and was awake. I started the series back up after an hour an half of tossing and turning and was again just getting dozy when the attic critter started rustling around 2:30 am. I tried to wake the sleeping dragon but no luck so watched another episode and eventually fell asleep.

Coffee was turned on after 7 and we were on with the day. However one of us spent the next few hours still in the bed with their cups of coffee and internet perusing. I searched for backdrop ideas on Pinterst then got onto my market list and hauling my stuff up from the "store". Once up and his PBJ toast in him, I showed S how to give Pep his pills and he did that along with an apple treat for the rest on his way to open the gate to let them out.

I had all the treasures hauled out in short order with some help with the vanity, dining table and pink/white dresser. I retrieved a metal shelf from the storage trailer too. S also put a new door chain on the garage door and obligingly put some mouse traps in the attic beside the live trap. He also set a larger live trap under the apple tree to try and get the magpies who steal all the apples.

I made us a tuna sandwich for lunch then S hit big brown for a couple hours of news, napping and browsing. I drove the quad quick to the pasture gate to call the horses who were still in the paddocks. Of course they came running to the buffet once they heard me. Seeing I had the basement fairly empty I spent the next couple hours putting rugs back in the furnace room, tidying up stuff pulled out & items not taking then vacuuming the whole basement. It looks great, let hope minimal stuff returns after the markets. S set out to put the balers away and work on prepping machinery to store. After dropping spitz off to farmer joe I hauled two old ladders Dad had found me out of the shed and found some planks for shelves. I saw this idea on my Pinterest ideas this am.

Loading it all up I headed to the back yard. I got the pressure washer out and gave them all a good power wash. S watched from under the tree drinking a cold beer. When I was done he went and brought the swather over to power wash while I vacuumed the main floor. The horses were back in so S went to close the gate. This is working out pretty good for limiting their eating time self monitored. Sharon popped by with a credit/debit machine for me to borrow and a quick visit. Hello Fresh meal #2 was my next project; Chinese almond chicken. It turned out very good, huge hit for Mr Saucy.

More sneak peeks of items going to the market were in order then out to haul the now dry ladders & boards to the trailer. S brought Johnny over for a bath before putting away the pressure washer. Of course we have a tractor wash on our back lawn ;)
