Windy day on the prairies

Awake before 8 remembering Lola's upset tummy had me scrubbing the garage floor in many places. The poor girl was happy to be let out. Yuck on my end. Time for a cappuccino or two while I did marketing while Rosie did her job. However it was not long and I noticed the sweeper brush was not turning. Again a call to the company; removing the sweeper (which lifting off floor loses the pattern already covered!) clean out a wee dust bunny and set her back to work. I am not impressed with this $800 thing that has cleaned maybe 4 times and requires me to do loads of moving and setting stuff up. And now malfunctions, hmmm.

The winds started at 9 and howled all day long, a warm high of 20 wind but felt cooler. I did a live opening of my sand paper package. This sponge based sand pad is going to be fun to try.

I hauled in the pink dresser and staged

After my smoothie lunch I wrote a blog post for the blue chair. Organizing photos and computer tidying were next. It has been awhile since I sent out a Creative Moments email so I wrote one up and got it sent out, Did you get yours?

Here is a avocado hack.. put cut side down in a dish of water to keep in fridge and it will not brown. This one is from a few days ago perfect for my smoothie now.

I tidied up the garage and hung a sign I bought at the rummage sale

For supper I cooked up a meat pie. The wind let up a bit so I went out and tossed a bale and give supplements to the horses. Back inside I had an Etsy sale for 4 faux tin tiles!! Yeah so I boxed them all up and got the prepaid label created and they are ready to head to Virginia.

Updating my sales spreadsheet was in order then I got in to bed and finished the last half of the Bundy movie and started the documentary series on Netflix. This guy is super scary not because of all his serial killings but mostly because he looked "normal" and seemed unlikely.
