hoar frost everywhere

Overcast but balmy around zero, the hoar frost is everywhere and oh so pretty.

Cooper loves the ranch

My usual start to the morning with cappuccinos and marketing then out to work on projects. The tables got their 2nd coat of little grey. B was now up and working on dog portrait # 2 - Lexi. She had it all finished by 1 when we had a late lunch.

for the second coat I used a wider flat brush

She started on #3 - Lola while I headed back out to power sand the vanity, stool and fill an area I missed on the vanity leg.

Moving on to the table set I added a durability coat to the dark grey tops using the black stain oil finish and I LOVE it!!! It looks perfect for the rustic look I am aiming for.

A gal who sources great furniture finds messaged me she has a sofa table I can have, yeah!! Now just to get it, I am hoping it will fit in the back seat of the merc and perhaps Sheldon can kindly pick it up for me on his way home from the airport tomorrow night. I sent measurements to Kaylin who has it after she kept it for the week when her escape had to go to the shop to get the window hinges fixed.

Switch is dead lame again so set up a visit with Murray tomorrow. I moved on to finally painting the vanity and stool. This took over 2 hours. Britt had finished up her Lola art and loaded up Cooper to head home after 3:30.

I finished up the mirror frame and came in just before 5 for a cold drink. Leftovers and Lethal Weapon were enjoyed as I worked on blog posts and marketing potential sales. I then started a new Netflix series called Tidelands and ended up watching it till after 1 am.
