Lola turns 4

B was up at 6 but let Cooper out at 6:30 then back in. While she was downstairs getting ready he really wanted to go back out so I got up and let him and Lola out but before she left B put him back in. He did whine for a bit then slept till 8:30 and gave his usual whine to got back out. It was brisk at 12 this am.

Today is Lola's 4th birthday!! I got caught up on work emails, unloaded more from the trailer and was off to town around 11.

I grabbed the mail, a free big frame for the barn and stopped to get a blender for milk paint but the lady forgot to put it out ;( Next stop was to drop off Amanda's bowl from the birthday party now they were back from there 2 week vacation in Oyen. The kids had lots to share and I got in my baby snuggles before I set off at 12:30 for the city.

I arrived a bit early for my dentist visit but with waiting and a simple fill, I was out just before 3... to a parking ticket ;( The next couple of stops were to check a couple thrift stores then on to Costco. I only had a couple returns and a short list but I ended up in there for over an hour and came out with groceries and a new phone. There back to school sale ended today and it was 2 years ago since I got my last one there. Always a good place to buy your phone thru.

I was headed home arriving after 6:30. I got an email from the USA gal who bought the accent table that it arrived with a leg broken!!! Dam post offices. But I would call Canada Post later as we had an appointment with the horse chiro as soon as B gets home from work.

She arrived 5 minutes before 7 and the horses were right here at the house but of course as she went to catch they headed out to the winter pasture. I just met her at the far gate with the trailer and we were off. We made it to Murray at 7:20 and he had both KD and Bird adjusted in under 20 minutes and we were back home before 8!

B got a few more things unloaded and reloaded and was off to the city. I watered planters and the garden which was in dire need of water. I got the dogs in and worked on blog posts until Sheldon got home just before 11.
