trim Hawk & Daisy

Time to get back to normal but what is normal? The weather is overcast so I started with coffee and catching up in some social media tasks neglected for the last little while. Britt rolled in quickly, changed, grabbed a bagel and was off to town for a doctor appointment at 11. As she went out, Sharon came in and we caught up for a couple hours. Britt was back to catch a visit too and share her race photos before off to her room for a rest.

Not long after Sharon left Dave arrived with Tims for us all, THANK YOU!! I was filling out the horses record books and decided to head out and get Hawk and Daisy trimmed. I took over 2 hours to get these two done, going slower and trying to do the best trim as they had been overlooked for awhile and had grown allot.

I did text for a beverage which eventually arrived, thanks B. She retrieved a bean for Hawk then her and Dave were off to town to get Chinese food. I was just finishing up before 5 when the rain arrived yet again. Whew good timing. I just got wet hauling my 2 pressback chairs I had gotten down from the mez hauled to the garage.

Vietnamese was the supper, thanks Dave!! The weather was cleared now but Britt decided to water the arena and we rode in there but eventually headed outside. I worked on basics while they threw the polox ball. They were then off to watch movies and I soaked in the tub with Netflix.
