more painting and snow

The snow was slowly coming down but there is a wind too, definitely a cold stay at home day. I got busy sanding my cream dresser then added some more cream milk paint to the sides and touch up areas. S donned his warm clothes and took some small square bales out to the horses and put in front of their shelters, worried about little Roo and her first big snow. Poor Lola was glad to head out with him as the liver she had for supper did not agree with her tummy ;(

I was on to the pink projects next, each jewelry box got another coat and the MCM got its first coat. Sheldon popped the remainder of our freezer purge in baskets and put out in the -12 and started the freezer thaw. I helped Sharon with setting up her new leather biz page via telephone and Mom this am for her FB photo challenge.

After lunch, I made more milk paint and touched up the long dresser and started on the 2nd coat of pink. The freezer was ready to wipe out and restock so S wiped then passed me the goods to restock, yeah another cleaned and restocked item.

I finished the pink then came in to work on dark waxing the one jewelry box wile we watched Ellen. Prince was sweet talked into cooking supper and did a fantastic job. Chicken wings, Cesar salad, his favorite KD and beer! THANKS!!

After we chowed down, I got back to my dressers sanding and wiping down the large one, detailing pink on the tedious inside front edges and then washing up my brushes for the day. Prince S ran for a load of wood for his blazing fire he started this afternoon. He got cozy with his hockey and football games while I blogged and did marketing while catching the last 2 episodes of Wentworth Season 5. What a cliff hanger ending!!
