rails finished.. almost

I had coffee made for the girls as they loaded up and were off to Fernie for their camping adventure and to prep the Prince for our fencing day. I put all the horses in the new paddock and round pen to mow.

We were to our last section at the front at 5 only to find our post was pounded farther then our 12 foot rails would reach. A quick call to all the lumber stores did not find any longer ones ;( We replaced the broke one by the waterer. The day was gorgeous and the evening was turning even better. I headed in to cook supper while Sheldon tidied up the tools.

After my yummy supper he was off to watch yet more hockey while I could not pass up the chance to ride on such a beauty night. Switch and I had a great practice but the mozzies were starting to come out in full force now it was 8:30. As she ate, I swept the barn before letting her go back to the herd at the shelter. Time for a hot shower and relax time for me too.
