I scrubbed up a pepper grinder as well as a set to do in red for Valentine's at the booth. I also snapped a picture of my prize and purchase from yesterday.
Monica messaged my green accent table sold along with her cabinet she put in Thursday.. looks like restock Monday will require a few more things ;)
I hauled out the potato bin I bought yesterday and when I removed the ugly poster, I found this, nope not going to work as the holy board is in a dovetail frame and it reeked of smoke to boot.
My recent nightstand has gotten me some custom work. A gal who took my private lessons wondered if I had a small desk and 2 nightstands. I said it just so happens I bought a desk the other day and have two SIMILAR nightstands on hand. Today I hauled the desk out of the car and sent her pics along with nightstands. She wanted new hardware so I sorted through all I had on hand and with the power of pictures and the internet we had a game plan set. She even paid for the majority of the quote minutes after we confirmed. Looks like I need to get busy!!
here are handles I have multiples of above and below is what I had chosen for the desk
So out I went to remove hardware and make repairs on all 3 pieces. I needed to have her pick a color so I added to my paint sample board. As I was working on it Shandi and her crew arrived. On Thursday she could not fit her coffee table in her car to meet me but had plans to be in S'more today so was dropping it off. The kids had loads of questions, had to see the dogs and wanted to find the cats too but after about half an hour they were on their way.
Looks like I have a slew of customs to get working on here so after a quick dinner: Chinese food from New Years Eve.. yep and it still tasted good ;), I was back out scrubbing everything up and finishing the sample board.
there is a big problem with these cats and a fluffy white dog residing in the garage.... hair.. everywhere. And they also like to rub up on pieces.. UGH!!
