road trip begins

It is Remembrance day, thank you to all who have served, who currently served and those who will. Today was a busy day preparing to head out for the w/e as well as packing for the Prince's first week up north.

I unpacked my box of paint goodies, holy cow I better get painting right?

Next up, I got out my power tool and brad nailed a drawer bottom back on for the shelf then buffed it up and brought in to stage.

Britt got up late enjoying her sleep in day. Sheldon got all his clothes ready for the new venture as well as a bag packed for the w/e and managed to fit in a nap before we headed out at 3. Fueling up on the way thru town, we grabbed a tea at cross iron as I did a quick stop at Costco before hitting the “store”. It was a quick stop there too as nothing had sold but I did adjust a couple prices, dropped off the red tray and swapped out the jewel box.

The trip went fast and we were at Benbow's by 5:30. The night of visiting and laughs began. We fit in a yummy meal at Original Joe's then joined in on a party hosted by old Hanna friends. Back at Benbow's we visited until the wee hour of 2 am before calling it a night.
