city errand day

A sore back really puts a damper on your plans. Sheldon kindly brought me the hot bean bag before he left and I managed to get up and reheat it an hour later. It did help loosen the muscles a bit, enough to get up and get some things done. The blog updated, an online search for my own backdrop, questionnaires filled for my appointment this afternoon in the city and some accounting.

D burying a piece of buffalo hide BUT not long after Lola moved it ;)

I was off to the city at noon stopping Langdon to pick up a coffee table from a past client. Of course he was at work and had left on his deck as usual so what is a girl to do.. buck up and use yours knees and get it to the car quick! My reward was a hot chai at the new Tim's in town then off to the city.

I pride myself on my organization of route and tasks to do, a health store was next and easy to find the dandelion and thuja I needed. Then the new thrift store.. dang it seems someone told them to up their furniture prices to the rest of Calgary thrift stores as they were all doubled.. so only some small pieces were scored there today.

Time to get downtown to my biomodulator appointment at 2. It was a unique treatment and just so happened it was for my jaw but sure helped my back. The hour treatment went fast and had me back on the road stopping at Home Depot for product then Costco for some goods. I was back to the ranch after 5 just half hour behind Sheldon who kindly opened the yard gate. Good to have both gates automated ;) THANK you!

note his in hand beverage ;)

He was out to reset the trailer area as Houdini Pepper was in the yard when he got home. He helped me unload the coffee table and groceries before we threw supper in, stuffed salmon.. yes please! The evening was computer work from bed and hot bean bag for me and hockey game and internet for the neighbor beside me.

Spide sent questions about the dresser first thing this morning and by late afternoon she was pretty sure she wanted to buy it.
