Happy Good Friday folks! Today was an exciting day for Coco, it was spa day, goodbye long hot hair full of puke and poop. Britt got up and ran her in for her 10 am appointment. She spent the rest of the day studying.
My project for the day was the spray painted dresser I recently purchased. Hmmmm spray paint on wood.. lots of over spray, drip marks and overall crappy finish, hello sander. This created a ton of colored fine dust ;( but eventually after sanding and scrubbing and drying time I could start the tropical cocktail application.
well now, apparently more masking was in order
but 80 grit managed to remove it
and smoothed the drips

I tried a distressed edge but just not feeling it so repaint
Sheldon worked on taxes for the day. I did manage to have him come to town to collect Coco and pick up another dining table around 2.
Kelly stopped around 5 for a couple hours to visit with Sheldon. After finishing the 2nd coat, I joined them for a cold beer.
Pizza supper then Britt was off to the gym while we relaxed for the evening. Good Friday it was.
