coldest night of the year since Feb

Well the coyotes are all riled up since this cold snap hit, last night I finally put Lola in the garage at 4 am and got some sleep.. till 8:30 ;( Going to be a sluggish day I think, bring on my coffee and baileys! This morning I worked on some hand loved gifts, posted on my Facebook page and created a quick blog post on it too. Britt was up late and off after 11 to spend the day shopping and taking in a movie with Shaina.

At lunch, Amanda and Ada arrived, Ada is staying to be my buddy while Amanda takes in Asher's Xmas party. Little buddy and I kept busy with teddies and hide and seek. Asher and Amanda returned and had a visit before they were off to their next place to stop.

My next list of projects included caramel popcorn twists and a macaroni salad for our upcoming family Christmas on Saturday. So good to get lots checked off my list. I think I am almost ready!

Britt was home just after 5 and immediately hit her room to read the next book in the series she was reading yesterday ;)  They claim last night was coldest since last February, we hit -14. Today the high was -3 but don't think it was for long as seemed very brisk but had sun through most so that helps. After supper Britt and I finally watched Magic Mike XXL ;)
