gorgeous sunrise & serenade

I was awoke at 7 am to a whinny serenade outside my window, sure enough the magician was back. I watched to see where he was hoping to get out but I think her must have got a jolt coming thru so was just frantically pacing the fence line. I pulled on my coveralls and caught him releasing him to thunder back to the herd. Time to make coffee and get the day underway. The bonus was seeing a beautiful sunrise!

Staging of the squre table was first order, I love this color and the detailing..

The black dresser got another hand rubbed poly coat as did the mirror frame before the geometric table got a coat of robin's egg blue paint.

By now it was lunch so had some turkey as I put all the bones on to simmer to make soup. Neighbor Tash stopped by to drop off a frame I did to get turned into a cork board and quick visit. The day was cooler at 14 as the high and had some wind later in the day.

The end table got a distressing and coat of varathane before I came in and finished the soup. Shaina arrived with teas after her shift at 8 and we enjoyed a hot delicious bowl (or two) and some banana and caught up on Limitless.
