Today is the start of a busy week, the birthday week and a big one for Britt! On the list of things to do today are poly the coffee table, which got 3 coats throughout the day then water front flower beds, so once I got Julio his food I hauled the hose out of hiding and got all set up watering for a couple hours.
I enjoyed a good hour catch up chat with Candace who hoped to come tomorrow to take me for lunch until she heard my plans, we will try another week. Britt, Caleb and Grady arrived for there Monday big break. Today Grady brought pizza which they cooked up and some sushi for me too, thanks Grady!
Britt was concerned about Daisy so we checked her over and will just keep an eye on her but I think all is well. The vet tech to be likes to be super observant and sometime over cautious but like she said better that then not at all, so true B!
I painted a barn board sign that was consigned some time ago by a good friend Sam. I love it, may have to make one for me.
The next project up was painting Sharon's organizer box.

Once home from school we got prepared to head to lessons having a snack and packing a cold drink etc. We loaded up the horses after I masterfully hooked up the trailer (this hide a hitch is far harder to do then king pin ;( ) only to realize we did not have lots of gas so detour to fill up. We also decided to try out Langdon's new Tim Horton's since passing ;)
We arrived in time, tacked up and even had a wee warm up. Our lesson was really nice being held outside in the warm sunshine. Britt and I have lots of homework to work on. Once horses had a snack we loaded them up and were back at the ranch around 9. Time to shower and relax!
