custom work finished X 3

What a lovely day Thursday is, started and stayed warm and sunny. I had a fellow stop out just before 10 to pick up the growth ruler I just finished up. He is surprising his wife with a bedroom makeover while she is gone on vacation, crazy heh?

Sheldon ventured to a neighbor who offered a free tack room door but it was to heavy and had no frame. He spent the next couple hours trying to find flames tickets for tonight's big game with no luck. Tickets only increased in price. Eventually after lunch he headed out to pick rock. Sure makes fields look nice with that and harrowing.

Britt was up around 11 and kindly fed Julio and played fetch with Lola then she got ready and headed into work early for her 2-9 shift.

I was out in the garage with a much better day under way. The writing desk got 2 coats of dark wax while the trunk got a clear and a black wax coating, the garbage can got 2 coats of poly making it easy to clean and once all dry they got reassembled and put back together to be staged and shown to the customers.

Sheldon and I finished up both around 6, I cooked up supper and had arranged for him to head over to Matt's who has the game on his TV satellite so off he went. I took the dogs for a long walk in the setting sun. It is funny how excited Diego gets when I tell him walk time. All 175 pounds gets jumping in an excited circle. Today he scored a lower coyote jaw bone and packed it for the rest of the way taking break to chew some off, yuck!

Britt got home from work as I was cleaning my workshop, she chowed down her supper plate I made her and was off to basement. Sheldon returned safely on the quad just before 10 celebrating the flames win! Locked a spot in the playoffs, first in 6 years.
