barn boarding begins

Sunday was a much cooler dreary day hitting a high of 4. Britt was off to work as Sheldon made coffee. I finished up the last of the season 3 episode I could not get working last night. I was sad it was over but an Internet search provided me details that season 4 & 5 are in the making. Next order of business was to tidy as a buyer was coming for the gorgeous long dresser. She happened to be 2nd highest bidder on the barn board and really wanted it, the newly painted highboy or this one. Her girlfriend convinced her to splurge on it. ;) Once all loaded and we helped them get local riding arena info it was time for a quick lunch.

The next plan of attack was hanging plywood in the barn. The new air nailer had hammer and tool pouch bonuses that I could use to make the process smooth as we both quickly and efficiently hung the wall coverings. We did have to work around plans to possibly get blown insulation applied so once decided and if a go ahead applied, we can finish those areas while others we plan to do horizontal planking on the lower half like the arena. We finished up as winter returned around 5:30. It did not take long to cover the dry ground with white fluff.

On a trip to the house to fetch a beverage (not cold beer this day but rather hot tea) I spotted this. WTH, If it is not deer or a puppy it is cats. The poor trees in this yard each need an electric fence or body guard.
mote pic is actually taken tomorrow when lots of snow :)

I woke with a headache that plagued me all day. After a delicious steak supper I tried a warm bath and relax but no luck so I tried to sleep to relieve my pain and nausea. Britt arrived home around 8:30 after work and taking in a double overtime hockey game. She said it was like a white out blizzard on the road, hahaha.
