Day 965 Britt was off to school and managed to get around Shaina's stuck car, yeah! I started working on the large old mirror for a clients but after the first coat had to have a nap, I felt terrible. Thru the night I had a headache and it still was there in the morning. The day progressed worse with achy bones, soon I heard Shaina sick down stairs, she was feeling the same. OK worse, Shaina all gets sick worse than the rest. Perhaps it is a weather migraine although today was another very nice day hovering around zero.

and after white
She spent the entire day in bed, in the shower or on the bathroom floor. I managed to put 2nd coat on the mirror before another rest while watching a wee bit of TV. Britt called about 3:45 to say she was now stuck at the gate! I threw on my fancy red plaid lumberjack coat, stuffed my feet in Sheldon's big boots and drove to the gate.
It did not take long to get her car out but Shaina's was a different story. The tires are like a baby's bottom and it would continue to get stuck until after the last pull to the highway I told her to put in low and go!! This time we had success. Matt showed up just as she rounded the corner but he continued on plowing the road for us in his gator. I was shocked to find that at least 70 cars drove past with not one stopping to offer a hand. Perhaps my blue polka dot pj's and red plaid jacket and frustrated facial features had them concerned!
this is Coco most every day, today she was here till around 1 pm before getting up for her day!

On a positive note, Britt and I managed to unstick 2 cars ourselves and the fresh air (along with headache pill combination) took away my crappy feeling. Back at the house I got busy making sausage supper with the girls favorite fluffy mashed potatoes. Shaina even was feeling a bit better and joined us.
She has her work staff party tonight so is going to try and make it. She is going to stay in town as she has a tire appointment early in the morning. She was off just after 7. Britt and I enjoyed a relaxing evening. I worked on writing our annual Christmas letter then started a new book recommended by a friend called The House Girl.
