Day 889 is the 22nd birthday of our beautiful, talented, amazing, kind hearted and precious eldest daughter Kaylin Melissa. I cannot believe where the time went. It seems not long ago she was the sweet little toddler who loved all Disney princess shows and sang every Disney song title. You have grown into a spectacular woman little one! Happy Birthday, much love!!
Today the wind was still blowing, Sheldon went out to move dirt in the shop while I planted the peony and cleaned out my garden of more plants at the end of their life cycle. I retreated back inside out of the wind and cleaned before a quick shower as Grama and Papa arrived just after 1.
Sheldon and I headed to town at 2:30 dropping me off for my acupuncture appointment and he went shopping. Carl came to town as well and Sheldon came home with him to meet a fellow quoting cement in t he shop. He then showered, Britt got home from school and got ready and we all loaded in the Buick and headed to the city.
We met birthday girl and Shaina at Smugglers Inn where we enjoyed a good but overly filling supper. Around 8:30 we said our goodbyes, hustled thru the rain to our vehicles and headed home. Kaylin was kind enough to offer her place for Sheldon to stay for his early flight in the morning since Shaina was staying over another night. She will take him to the airport.

Grama and Papa returned with Britt and I and once home they all watched the Great Gatsby while I watched 2 episodes of Dexter. Happy Birthday Pretty lady!
